HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Make sure to use butcher paper on your heat-press pad, in-between the front and back of the shirt, and on top of your design to protect the heat plate of your heat press.
-A heading pad/pillow is recommended for inside the shirt, under the white part only (this lifts the white part, so you don't have discoloration on the color part)
-Suggested time temp: Press designs for 60 seconds at 385

*NOTE: the pattern is printed into these shirts to give them the bleached look and is heat activated. Therefore the color will transfer to the element or pad if not covered. *** Do not reuse the butcher paper between presses ***
