*In-Store Pick Up Orders- please allow 24- 48 business hours for your order to be ready. If your order is placed after 2pm on Thursday, it will be ready Tuesday after 3pm at the earliest in most situations.
We do aim to process orders as quick as possible so same day pick ups are sometimes doable but please plan ahead as we sometimes need the full 48 business hours. We do send emails (and text notifications if you are signed up to receive text notifications) when your order has been processed.
Most online orders will ship within 24 business hours if placed during normal business hours (10am- 6pm central time), but please allow up to 4 business days for fulfillment. Shipping time starts after fulfillment has been completed. You can always message us if you need something sooner and we will see what we can do! FaceBook is the quickest way to receive a response but you may also use the Contact Us page found in the menu bar.
Please note: Business days are Monday - Friday, 10am- 6pm central, and exclude holidays. We may not respond back to messages or emails outside of our normal business hours but will respond as soon as possible.
Once items have been shipped, it is out of our control on how fast the delivery service gets your items delivered. Weather conditions and other natural disasters can affect the delivery status. Tracking will be provided but the tracking emails tend to end up in spam email folders. You can also sign up for text alerts upon checkout and will receive tracking info by text as well.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds or exchanges but if you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery as we will do our best to make it right! We value our customers and will do everything within reason to quickly correct any mistakes on our behalf.
Orders purchased without Route insurance are at our customers own risk. We can not issue refunds or reissue items if customer did not purchase the delivery insurance.
